1 General Provisions and Definitions

The following terms are used in these conditions:

• Each individual may create only one account.
• If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

eac444 may request a national identity card, passport or other documents for identity verification at any time. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. This is done for the protection of users.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposits

The payment methods currently accepted on eac444 are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawals

4 Bonus and Promotion Rules

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds must complete a 10x wagering requirement before withdrawal. This means a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳12,000 in bets before withdrawal.

• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Some games may be excluded from wagering contributions.
• Taking advantage of bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Other Promotions

eac444 runs special offers and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own conditions, which are stated on the relevant promotion page. eac444 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.

5 VIP Program

The eac444 VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with weekly cashback and special benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Decisions regarding VIP tier upgrades and downgrades are made at eac444's sole discretion. The terms for VIP cashback and benefits may change at any time.

6 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on eac444 and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Playing through automated or artificial means (bots or software).
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for an advantage.
• Abusing bonuses or circumventing bonus terms.
• Attempting to make risk-free profits by placing opposing bets on the same game.
• Misconduct or harassment towards other players or staff.
• Using a false identity or information.

6.2 Suspicious Activity

If eac444 identifies any suspicious activity, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. All transactions may be held during the investigation. If misconduct is proven, the account will be permanently closed.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

eac444 may suspend or cancel an account in the following cases:
